Spend an evening celebrating love’s great journey from infatuation to separation with performers from one of Derby’s favourite theatre groups.

A witty and incisive narrative blends together poems, prose and even a few song lyrics into a delightfully funny and enjoyable show devised especially for Derby Theatre in the Round.

The performance offers the audience an intimate, and often surprising, look at love through the words of Roger McGough, Jenny Joseph, John Hegley, Shakespeare, Billy Bragg and many more.

As well as some old familiars there’ll be a mix of contemporary and traditional material on offer to engage the soul as well as the heart.

We're a not-for-profit group, so all proceeds from the event will go towards our work and staging new productions.

Tickets are available in advance from a member of the group, or pay on the door. Concessionary tickets are available.

St Osmunds is on London Road just beyond Wilmorton roundabout, opposite the Navigation pub.

Free on street parking.

There is a bus stop opposite the church. Ask for “the Navigation”.

Buses numbers are 41, 42 and 44 all leaving from the Morledge, near bus station.
